Bu arada genel bir yanılgıyı da aslında tekrar tartışmaya açmak istiyorum. Mazda6 larda problem olan sanıldığı gibi valfler değil valf yatakları.
Oğuzhan, yukarıda bahsettiğim Alman eğer valf yataklarını LPG taktırırken değiştirebilirsen yıllarca problem yaşamazsın dedi . Almanyada tanesi 25€ ya satılıyormuş ama nasıl takılıyor hiçbir fikrim yok..
"not really the valves are the problem, rather the valve seats. There is a different.
The original valve seats are to "soft" for the higher stress by using LPG. So, the valves get pressed more and more into the valves seats and after all the cylinder head get broken. You will get notice from that, if motor starts to jerk in idle be low motor speed. Later it jerks by driving. But then it can be to late.
If you want prevent a damage, change the exhaust valve seats. On after market you get stronger valve seats as the original. They are especially for LPG. In Germany the price for one valve seat is around 25,- Euro. More expansive is to demount the motor, but maybe in turkey it is not the problem."
